Individual Psychotherapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Stress, worry, or difficult experiences may leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or alone. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to slow down, sort through what’s happening, and begin to move forward.


In our work together, we’ll focus on the concerns that matter most to you. The first consultation helps us identify your goals, and ongoing counseling gives you the consistent support needed to make real progress.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding what you’re hoping to change or achieve. During this initial meeting, you can expect to:

  • Talk about your personal goals and what you’d like to work on 
  • Learn more about how the therapy process works 
  • Ask questions so you feel comfortable moving forward 
  • Decide together on the best next steps at a pace that feels right for you
     

My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect. You set the pace, and I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools.
