I use treatment interventions that are evidence based and consistent with best practice guidelines established by the American Psychiatric Association. I utilize the methods that can best help the individual client achieve their goal. Psychotherapy should never be a one-size-fits-all model. Each problem is unique and the big picture must be considered with every client. I help clients achieve the outcomes they are seeking and I advise clients of potential risks when they exists. I respect the religious beliefs, including non-belief, of all my clients and will do my best to work within your value and belief systems.
